Wow this video is literally what it’s titled relief for suffering i mediated to this for 45 minutes and I cried my eyes out the whole time I started hugging myself and I kept hearing my spirit angels telling me to release all of the hurt and pain my family caused me release my fears and just release anything that has caused me pain and I felt amazing after I really released everything thank you for this amazing video it has healed me 🙏🏼❤️

As the daughter of an opera singer (tenor) I grew up with classical music in the house...from very early I flund this music peaceful...traveling years later to south east Asia I encountered music which gave me the same feeling of peace and beauty...then I discovered the tibetan singing bowls....coming back to Europe I also discovered the crystal bowls....I have used all these sounds and still do...these frequencies have kept my body 100& healthy and at 69 I can say these sounds work on all levels...the
added bonus which was not expected they keep younger looking too ps a change of lifestyle (food and exercise brings even better results)....wishing everyone a peaceful and healthy life 🙏💖pps I wish to add that I feed a feral cat daily which comes around 3 times a day... I cannot catch the cat to take him to the vet for checkup as he hisses and runs away from anyone...this morning I was playing this music... the cat came ate and instead of living like he usually does he sat closed his eyes and stayed lunch the cat is still there....he seems to enjoy it as much as all of us 😉💖🐾

On Dec 30 I was taken by ambulance at 41 Years old and unable to walk. I have suffered much pain these last 3 weeks and not felt like myself.
