Показать описание
Lateral foot pain that comes from the cuboid bone not moving properly is commonly called Cuboid syndrome. If you are sure that your cuboid bone needs help getting back into optimal position this video is for you.
Here’s the obligatory disclaimer: obviously this is not medical advice and should not be taking such. if you have foot pain please get a diagnosis from a qualified professional.
You will need a yoga strap and am AA size battery.
First familiarize yourself with the location and shape of the keyboard. A quick Google search can help you do this. If there is a painful area exactly over the bottom of your foot then try this.
Lie facedown and put a yoga strap around your thigh and foot.
Tighten it so that when you go to straighten your leg you feel the pressure increasing over your cuboid.
Now for more focused pressure you can slide the battery underneath the yoga strap.
Simply just straightening your leg will be enough to provide the adjustment to the bone, but if you want more you can use your hand to add leverage to your heel.
Sometimes this can be painful, other times you may simply hear a small click in your foot and then a sense of relief as the bone adjusts back to its optimal position.
