When i was diagnosed with celiac, I was overweight, and always severely constipated, since I could eat solids. It took 30 years to get a diagnosis, after many misdiagnosis through my life. I was laughed at my doctors when I was 4 years old, they asked my mother if she knew what was causing my constipation, I said it was bread that does it. They laughed and one said “ don’t be silly, bread can’t do that to you”. So after that comment by that doctor, I never told my mother what was wrong with me. I got by not eating or wanting any sandwiches or desserts. As soon as I turned an adult I finally got a diagnosis, I went 100% gluten free and never wanted to see another doctor again.

I just went for a colonoscopy and gastroscopy. I was told to refrain from food with gluten. It has only been a week but this really helped me understand.

I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 15 years ago. It took almost 2 years to diagnose. A dietitian told the doctor to test me for Celiac Disease. All the tests I had to go through before the diagnosis.

The problem is when the society around won't believe/understand this problem even when you explain this to them they would just think that you are just overthinking things and that it would go away and not get worse

Thank you, this video is 3 years old, I only recently came across it. Its excellent. and it’s helped explain so many side effects of CD, things I’ve suspected. Then you hear it from an expert in the field of CD, all of a sudden it falls into place.🤷‍♀️

Thank you, this is excellent so very well explained. I developed celiac disease at age 64, 13 years ago. I haven’t lost weight, if anything I’ve gained weight, I’m now diary intolerant. I don’t eat many processed GF foods, as I find they’re full of sugar to hold the ingredients altogether. I also have itchy skin especially the scalp. 🤷🏼‍♀️

CAC Curcumin capsule is prepared from the herb turmeric. The herb turmeric (Curcuma longa) contains the active compound curcumin that shows antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, & immunomodulatory properties. These properties deal with the pain in abdomen, loss of appetite, indigestion, & improve overall digestion. It helps in building up the immunity of the small intestine to deal with the coeliac condition.

Found your channel searching for videos on the novel Coronavirus, and I really like how informative your videos are. You’ve gained a new subscriber. I have Celiac disease myself, I’ve had it for 13 years now, since I was 13 years old. Interesting what you said about it being associated with other autoimmune conditions, as I also have Grave’s disease.

It took 6 months with a strict gluten free diet for me to notice a difference. Had I given up after just 3 months, I would have not received the correct diagnosis.

Celiac is not diagnosed when i tested from laboratory. But i can not drink and eat properly. There is lot of stomach pain and pain is relieved when i eat something, then motion start. The pain is worse between meals and night. When i eat rice i feel relaxed but lot of rice leads to asthma at night.

I have been diagnosed for 5 years with celiac disease. We chased it for 17 years. Mine has been active since I was very young, and very short. Needless to say the rest of my family The males were over 6 ft and the females were about 5'8. I remember dentists all my life saying we don't know why your teeth are so soft. Or how come you're so short when your family's so tall. Why are you always tired. Why my legs hurt all the time, (vitamin deficiency). My daughter has it, My granddaughter has it but they caught hers when she was four yrs old. Thankfully she's going to be taller than her short grandma
