I started carrying sand bags across my backyard as a form of cardio/conditioning. I usually carry it, like I'm hugging the sand bag, and dont let it rest on my shoulder because the weight isn't super heavy, its meant for cardio. The bonus has been my core and spinal erectors have become really strong from all the static tension. Hugging the bag and having all the weight pull me forward has been a huge benefit to core/back stability that I didn't really plan for.

Every day I do the big 3 by dr stuart mcgill, definitely helps in all activities and exercise, but also, im just more relaxed and chill! Feels like less pressure on my nerves and better blood flow and im just happier... I dont run or lift every day but never skip those 3....
