How Strong Naruto REALLY Is Without Kurama!

Have you ever wondered how strong naruto is now that he’s lost kurama? There are a lot of people who say he’s now back to pain arc levels of power, but this is wrong. He’s still way more powerful than he was when he fought pain or when he used a sage mode shadow clone to defeat the third raikage or used shadow clones to fight kurama in naruto volume 53. Without Kurama, Naruto still has mastery of all five changes in chakra nature and while he has lost the chakra of the nine bijuu since Kurama was the gatekeeper of that sanctuary where it was stored, he does still have enormous reserves himself. Just his own chakra was enough to contain and suppress one half of kurama and he trained for most of the 16 year time skip between the end of the war and Jigen showing up. In just his base in the manga, he was reacting to attacks from fused Momoshiki, a fusion of two beings Kaguya feared, and his sage mode was strong enough Momoshiki sensed him coming and immediately told Code they needed to team up before realizing Naruto wouldn’t fight Boruto.

Let’s also not forgot Code using Shikamaru as a hostage for leverage to avoid direct confrontation against Sage Mode Naruto. Then a stronger version of code losing an eye to a weaker version of Sasuke confirms Naruto would’ve trashed code with limiters, if Boruto didn’t “die” and Naruto lost it emotionally.

Finally someone mentions it. The fact that some people thought his power regressed so far into pain arc is scary asf, especially when you realize that these same people watched the momoshiki fight and know about madara and kaguya...like what👀

This is why I hate when people say Naruto is carried by Kurama like NOO bro he’s literally still the strongest ninja to have ever lived. We literally see him pull of SO MANY feats in shippuden without using Kurama and still we have so much of the fanbase saying he’s weak without him and they make no sense.

Kurama was the overseer but not a gatekeeper. He should still have access to the other 8 bijuu chakra.

That initial fight with Fused Momo is actually almost identical to what Naruto’s power is like now. Naruto had 50% of his chakra drained by Momo, and he wasn’t using KCM+SPSM yet. Naruto post nerf has 50% less personal chakra than originally, no Kurama and no SPSM. So post nerf Naruto is still strong enough to somewhat keep up with fused Momo. While I’m not gonna say he wins in a fight even with Sage Mode, I do think he could mid-high diff Kaguya/Base Momo, low-mid diff Kinshiki, Toneri, and Jubbidara, and no-low diff Urashiki/Fused Ura and Jubbito. Also all the Kara inners minus Jigen and no limits code still lose to Naruto at varying degrees.
