Looks like a good book for Python. Thanks for the review. This question might be off-topic but could you also talk about some good resources for learning Julia? I know this channel is mostly for Python and Python is probably the best language overall in my opinion but many of the applications of Python especially those related to scientific computing can be performed quite effectively through Julia as well. Do you have any suggestions on how one can start learning this language or good courses or books to begin working on this language?

Thanks for your reviews. Do you have any book in mind that teaches scientific programming AND puts stress on creating fast and efficient pipelines using best practices of software architectures and software design principles? I found that most of the books are skewed towards "how to write this or that piece of math in python language" which in the end looks like a long dirty script and doesn't help with readability / modularity as you extend it.
