As someone who distorts their ankle every other day, I found this so beneficial, especially to strengthen, stabilize and bring more mind to muscle connection 💖 particularly the exercises where we added resistance. Thank you Julia happy Sunday

Great ankle workout for skaters! Could You, please, consider making a mobility video for following body parts: knees, wrists, fingers and toes? When one thinks of training, one forgets of hands, feet and knees and so much depends on them. :)

Thank you for this! I lift routinely but have limited ankle mobility due to a bad break 2 years ago. I appreciate this short way to increase flexibility in that area. 😊
