Hey stranger! Good to see a video. Great idea with the roaster and the rack. I have that same sheller. I grew purple cow peas this year and they really produced, even during our very dry season this year. I let most dry on the plant this time and just shelled and stored them that way, I will probably can them this winter when it's cooler. Look forward to more videos!

Although I have watched this before, I can't remember if I commented. Would just like to tell you how great this video is. It is so short and to the point I could cry. People who have gardens and can their produce, etc. do not have time for those loooong videos. If they are still babbling about anything but the title of the video 4 minutes into the video, I'm gone.
