As someone who suffers from a panic attack disorder, I love this video! And I use grounding techniques all the time. Sometimes they're not always effective and I'll have a different attack from my attaxia disability and I need to sleep it off. Other than not being able to work, it no longer affects my life as much since I know everything I can do to help.

Just telling others a certain subject is easy and looking down on them for having a hard time *never* helps them improve!

Never punish your kid for a learning or mental disability! Parents that do, fail as parents! It’s just the same as punishing someone with asthma for having an asthma attack, or punishing someone with diabetes for having diabetic shock! People don’t take mental health seriously, and that why so many people who are undiagnosed struggle everyday and get gaslit by their parents, teachers, and coworkers everyday!

I echo the sentiments of some of the other subs! I unfortunately suffer from debilitating and crippling panic attacks, depression, and unfortunately other ailments as well! I realize everyone's experience is unique, I suppose like a snow 🌨️ flake, and obviously no one can step into another's 👟👠 shoes!
I hope to get true relief from my sinister and enigmatic experiences soon because I've tried everything with no positive results! I could go on for a while, but I'll 🛑 stop!
