when lilli screamed "I can't!" i started crying- having a panic attack is one of the worst experiences ever. me, getting them almost everyday is so exhausting because it feels like youre dying- watching someone else go through it made my heart sink.

I have panic attacks and as a teenager they’re terrifying I can barely imagine what that sweet girl was going through, always make me cry when I watch it

when she said "it's not working i can't" i almost started crying because no child should ever have to experience that, panic attacks are terrifying and it's awful that she was under so much pressure.
