Here in Stockholm, Sweden, we have many apartments; still being built in this size and even a little smaller. Both to rent and buy.
It’s perfect for young and old because it’s cost effective.
Something for the US to consider building ! Not only in tiny house formt.

I LOVE that she chose to get a larger/deeper kitchen sink instead of a dishwasher. I know most ppl would prefer a dishwasher but to me it didn’t make sense for a dishwasher in a small/tiny space. Sure you can use the dishwasher as storage space but I’d prefer an additional cabinet or in this case the larger sink. This is absolutely. ❤❤❤

This would be a good idea for me. My parents are elderly and have health issues. I could have one built in their back yard and have my own small house and space, but be close enough to help them out without moving in their house. As long as their are no restrictions or zoning regulations.
