I heard that the best insulation is reflectix, because mice don't like it.
It would be nice if you could make a skylight.... but it's not easy to make it

I'm very impressed! Subbed. Most folks, when they say they gonna convert a shed into a tiny home, usually buy a premade shed then convert that. You started from scratch. Personally...I would have left a little more room between the shed wall and the house wall...but that cuz I'm clumsy. I always need a "fall zone" enough room to fall without hurting myself. I know that sounds odd but I'm a stroke survivor so it's always in my brain. Props to you ...will keep watching your journey.
