Looking for and easy to follow basic step aerobics workout? You found it!! This workout is great for beginners of anyone looking to get back into step aerobics!

Join me for this 30 minute easy to follow basic step aerobics workout. We will be stepping at 128 bpm with some great music and always great energy! This may be basic, but it sure won't be boring!!!

Just move and have fun with it!!

Here are just a few of the benefits of Step Aerobics Workouts!

Cardiovascular Fitness: Step aerobics is an effective cardiovascular exercise that gets your heart rate up and improves cardiovascular endurance. Regular participation in step aerobics can strengthen your heart, improve lung function, and increase stamina.

Calorie Burning and Weight Loss: Step aerobics is a high-energy, calorie-burning workout. By incorporating dynamic movements and continuously stepping up and down, you can burn a significant amount of calories. This can contribute to weight loss or weight management when combined with a balanced diet.

Muscle Strength and Toning: Step aerobics engages various muscle groups in your lower body, including the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. The stepping movements and added resistance from the step platform can help build strength, endurance, and tone these muscles over time.

I have stuck with your workouts for almost 3 weeks now. My goal is to get stronger and get my heart and lungs healthier, but I already notice my gut trimming down a bit and I have lost 6 pounds. Chris, If someone has a problem with a small misstep on your part, tell them the problem is them! I loved this basic step workout. I don't notice any mistakes because I focus on what I'm doing and how you direct. I love your music, your choreography, your banter and you! You are awesome and have followers who love you too!!!!💕

Chris, my husband and I are celebrating our 25th anniversary next week on a Mediterranean cruise. I decided last September that it was time to take control of my health. I started eating clean and exercise. It’s a part of who I am now.

Just getting back into step, 25 years ago I was in instructor briefly, , and loved it, but then got into triathlon and did that for 15 years, then spent a few years with mostly strength, and now I'm just doing whatever I want and love ( I am following a strength program). When I found you I was thrilled. I truly didn't know people were still stepping! Yahhoo!!! You make it so fun and easy. Thank you!
