I have a HP 14 stream laptop
I fixed the Blinking by pressing down all over the keyboard with the palm of my hand and the same on the under side as to squeeze it gently. Idk what happened inside but it just magically popped back into life

Thank you for your help. My laptop was showing a white light next to the charging port and I knew the battery was full but it still wouldn’t turn on. I just gambled because it’s too difficult for me to remove the batter of a hp Chromebook, so I pressed the start button for 40secs and it turned on right when I pressed start button again.

Removing RAM wiping it with alcohol and attaching it again worked for me. Thank you @EasyTechs. 🤩
