It works, I had it done . Minimal slight tingling. I haven't had the pain in my side and its been almost a year. I wouldn't hesitate doing it again if needed.

Yes it hurts, but if she’s good at it see how she pinch’s that close to where the needle goes it’s not as painful. &!it really works great.

It is not painful. It’s excruciating! My muscle was violently twitching. It worked to relax it. I didn’t realize my shoulders and neck are always in fight or flight mode until this.

I find this counter productive, these adhesions are created by scar tissue, this may break the down really quick but the needle will create more scars leading to more adhesions, they will start tiny and grow until they become a problem again and that could be 10 years and you would assume it was the same one not realising it was the needle that created it

I need this done. I have RLS and my limbs jump all the time when I'm sleeping. It might help.
