I had sciatica for several years...i used to go to the ER when it got really bad. They would give me a shot in my back i believe it was toradol. My back eouldnt hurt for 6 months. Everybody kept saying how the toradol helped. My gut told me it wasnt the medication. The needle short curcuited the pain highway. Yhe needle broke the pain connection. Jmo 🤷🏿

13 years ago l tore a muscle in my mid left back and has been pulling tight ever since. I have tried physio exercise and chiropractice mannipulation is it possible dry needling can release this tight muscle pulling on surrounding structures.

Went to a physio last week who did not do as I asked re dry needling ….so annoying. I ve used your theory and exercises in my arm re hab and now neck. I understood that the brain protects the area so spasms when I try to do the exercises - so the dry needling and manipulation is where I need to start. The. The exercises. Where in London can `I find a physio who can do this and get me back moving.
