You forgot to point out that Britain gave 80% of Mandate Palestine to Emir Abdullah, to form JORDAN

Palistine was offered a peace treaty in 1937 which would've relegated Israel to a small northern part of the country. Palestine turned down getting near 80% of the country including all major holy sites and cities in favor of trying to "drive them into the sea". They refused an overwhelming victory in favor of attempted genocide.

The oslo accords imo did achieve something. But thanks to netenyahu (wont say he was responsible but theres no way he wasnt involved in the then israeli president's assassination) and hamas going extremist, we have no chance of peace. Removing these 2 groups of people from power is the only path to peace.
