I'm a 35 year old single man with no kids. I have no interest in dating anymore because I don't see the benefit in doing so. I've worked so hard to get where I'm at financially. I can't imagine getting married, then a divorce and seeing half of everything that I worked so hard for go out the window because she's not happy. I no longer want kids either. I'm just tired of dealing with the lies and games, bad attitude, the manipulation, being a step dad to her kids, being looked at as a wallet and not a person. I'm done! I finally have peace, I'm stress free, no drama, I can save more, invest more, do anything I want to now. I'm much happier single compared to being in a relationship. I'm not sure if this will change for me 3-5 years from now but as of right now, I don't want to be bothered.

Basically people had come to know the laws and rights. Lawyers also had good knowledge of the law. Obviously this hurts those in power so they rejuggle everything to maintain control and keep people confused. The new laws also provide police too much power and more chance of custodial deaths, calljng random people terrorists, etc.,

Doing reforms just for the sake of it, its just very energy draining.
Our government can/should do better.

I don't fear marriage. I fear divorce and never-ending alimony payments.

The govt should have just changed the name, as they do with cities and buildings, instead of changing the content . Instead of developing Port Blair, renaming it Srivijayapuram was good enough.

Fully agree 💯! Wonder why even they made this renaming change, it isn't making any sense but definitely making our lawyers life tough - regards from Bangalore adv Hamsa

Honestly living without women is a blessing, i understand why nature put us an urge to want to be with them, because otherwise we wouldn't.

Women: "We don't need MEN!"
Then why are you ask for his money and alimony? So strong, brave and independent they are.

No one should get permanent alimony. Awarding permanent alimony to someone who can work and should be supporting themselves is what's heartless.

*Perhaps the best time to enroll in law schools and to become a lawyer.*

Alimony should be abolished period, not just permanent alimony. The moment you and your husband get divorced, you are responsible for yourself. It should never have been an ex-husband's responsibility to maintain the lifestyle his wife became accustomed to while married. They are no longer married. He owes her nothing. All these women want to be "boss babes" and insist on acting like they are independent, but when it comes time for them to step up and be independent, it's always men's responsibility.
