How To Change Time On G-Shock

Figuring out how to change time on G-Shock watches can be difficult and frustrating. Particularly if you don't have the manual or you just can't be bothered reading it!

when i hit the adust button it allows me to change the timezone, then when I hit the mode it just switches to the daylight savings setting and i hit it again it goes m=back to timezone cant seem to get it onto the hours or minutes
please help!
