I have always had hard time with the word "intention"... there's some subtle difference between intention - wants - and wishes. I know that in that subtle difference lies the power to create the reality we want. Wants feel like an urge coming from basic instincts, wishes feel like a far dream, intentions feel like a moment where you align with your soul's purpose. I "wish" there was a simple formula to reach that allusive "intention" state but probably doesn't get simpler than Vanessa's share.. clarity + action. Clarity coming from aligning with our soul purpose, and taking action which is overcoming the fear that will try to hold us back. Thank you Vanessa for sharing and inspiring us to reclaim our birthright powers.

Vanessa: I met you when you were starting Conscious Connections and I got inspired right away. Your vision, back then, same as today: to change the world by starting with yourself first. And I watched and learned, but mostly was so grateful for having met you. There are many people who overcome adversity and conquer ‘the world.’ Yet, I don’t know many people who achieve their dreams and commit so wholeheartedly
to bring change to their community, in spite of the obstacles and hard efforts it takes. You have walked the talk Vanessa, so many times, sharing your stories of love and those of heartache too, making us feel that we belonged to a community, and that the community belonged to us. Community for you, means a tangible place we can call HOME; where the single parent, the lonely elderly, the struggling child/teen, the sick, the minority, the underprivileged, the disabled, the hopeless, the ones who still believe and the ones who gave up believing, the ones run by fear, and those coming from love, get altogether to share, heal, grow and give back. You are a true gift to us!
