She didn't want to hear him, so instead of being annoyed with her, he asks to speak to the viewers directly and looks towards us, not her. Than he humbly and graciously thank her for allowing him to do that, because his intention were not self seeking, but he wanted to truly help those who would listen. She had already listened to him and gotten his message on intention, but she was refusing him to share that message with the viewers. She was too interested in proving that she had mastered intention. Your intention Oprah was to lift yourself up, his intention was to lift us up. Ego always gets in the way.

Oprah, I love Super Soul Sunday.  But I have to comment on your continual habit of speaking over your guests.  This is a 4-minute/15-second clip, and you spoke for more than 3 minutes of it.  Zukav tried several times to make a comment, but you didn't allow it.  Much as I appreciate your "story, " I wanted to hear what he had to say.  My interpretation is that, in fact, you still are needing to "please, " needing to get approval for what you do and say.  Please allow your incredible guests, who are there at your invitation, to give us their wisdom.
