HOW TO SET INTENTIONS (POWERFUL METHOD)

An important aspect during a spiritual awakening is being able to set conscious intentions for ourselves and for the world that we want to experience. So today I'm going to be sharing a powerful method to use for setting intentions.

me while i pick up the remaining scattered pieces of my mind. when things are explained in such a way that i stop to think about things and then realize several minutes have elapsed, then i know, sarah has once again showed me something i needed to experience. thanks again for showing one way.

I used to suffer anxiety while driving so I started saying “It is my intent that I am safe, loved, guided and protected in and out of this vehicle at all times. It is my intent that I am always in the right place at the right time and everything is always working out for my greatest and highest good. And so it is.” I’ve been saying that for years when I start the car. When I drive and people are in the car with me, they say it as well. I know that if anything does happen, then it’s for my greatest and highest good and with that I can “let go and let god” so to speak. It’s been and continues to be wonderful.

last night, I was at this bonfire with my friends, the energy from all these people was feeling a little overwhelming so I knew I needed to walk away and meditate/ground/calm mysel/get in touch with the now.... so I wandered away, I was sitting against a tree, and I felt so insanely aware and in touch with the truth of reality and life etc. and everything I felt and looked at was energy like even putting my hands together forming a ball I could feel the energy in between. and I knew in this moment since I was feeling so in touch with the now, energy, divine, Mother Nature, that it was a perfect time to cast some spells aka set intentions. so I did, I stated how I was gonna go back to my friends around the bonfire and feels loads of love and magic and that I would have a relaxing drive home with my friend and have good deep conversations, and then have a nice good sleep. and all of it came true! I went back to the fire and strikes up deep connection moments with the other people around, and I left with my friend and him and I had relaxing good convos on the way back home, and I had a splendid sleep.

I have noticed in my journey when I am in out in nature and or feeling my highest vibration, feeling love, flow, and light.. in these times when I set intentions, they always insanely accurately ring true....
truly a magical world we live in, where we cn tap into certain frequencies and vibrations, and send these vibes out, words r spells.. we have so much infinite power... so grateful :)

Usually I get turned off by speak like "vibrations" and "energy" but this video spoke to me. I can see myself practicing this.

After voicing the intention I usually end it with words "let it be not the way I entended, but the way it's actually better for me!"

"May all being be on the most optimal timeline." Is a nice way of wording it, I use "for the highest good for all", I don't know what the highest timeline for me or any other being is, so I just use the phrase "highest good for all" and let the universe fill in what that looks like. To me these phrases have the same meaning. Thank you for you! <3

This has helped understand intentions better but I was hoping for more examples of how to phrase the intention. Like specific to areas of life like relationships, health and career.

Fascinating, I love the vibrational alignment, it makes so much sense. What I'm hearing you say is tune in the vibration of your intension to the same vibration into the quantum field and the quantum field will bring it to you.

It's basically to do what is said in the bible. To live AS IF what you ask for has already been received. To live and speak as if it has already happened.
