Indo-Europeans have nothing to do with being ‘Aryan’. The ‘Indo-Iranians’ are the ‘Aryans’. Aryan culture, language, texts and literature developed in the Indo-Iranian regions. They referred to themselves Aryans. This is a documented fact. ‘Aryan’-ness is a cultural identity. Just because the Steppes pastoralists interbred with Iranian farmer populations to give rise to the Indo-Iranians it does not confer on them the nomenclature of ‘Aryan’. If this yardstick of origin were to be taken then it would be better to claim the Africans as Aryan given that they were the precursor population. Presence of R1a genes does not denote cultural or linguistic characteristics. It only implies genetic origins.

I have read in many references about the origin of the Kurds and their genetic lineage, but there are many differences between the sources and I think that the reason is that we do not have a special state that unites us,
Many of these sources say that the Kurds are of the Aryan race who immigrated from eastern Europe and inhabited the Zagros Mountains thousands of years ago BC.
And they have the R1A gene. And I think that this is true because we really differ in culture, language and form from the Arabs and the Semitic peoples who live around us.And some Arab sources say that the Kurds were originally Arab tribes who migrated from the Arabian Peninsula and settled in the regions of the Zagros Mountains.
So please could you tell me which of the two theories is correct
and what are our main genes
