***NATURE’S PENICILLIN RECIPE FOR IMMUNE BOOST
1 Grapefruit
1 Orange
1 Lemon
1 Red Onion
2 inch of Ginger
4 Garlic Cloves
Peel ingredients, and blend together.
Adults: 1 TBS 3x a day for general maintenance. 1 TBS several times a day, to equal about a 1 cup if sick. Children 3 and up: 1 tsp a day for general maintenance. 1 tsp several times a day to equal about ¼ cup. Take with food.
