Dr. Liu graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1998 and is Double Boarded in Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine. She is licensed in the state of California.

This channel is separate from Dr. Liu’s duties as Attending Medical Staff @ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and as Assistant Professor at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. The views on this channel are her own.

I'm needing advice. My sister has hives that she can't find anyone in the medical field to help her. She has had the welts or hives for over 8 months. She was living in an apartment that was filled with mold and mildew and moved out in January but yet still is dealing with swollen hands and other areas of the body. She thinks she is allergic to metal and plastic. I was thinking it could be her diet because she is a diabetic. Didn't know if there are doctors or institutions in the Santa Cruz area that she could look for help?
I have been following you for a few months now and I thank you for all your wonderful videos on superfood for healthy improvement.

Thanks doc, , , im an indian, , we mostly use many healthy spices in our diet on a daily basis, , our day starts with ginger tea with other spices like cardamom, , , , my personal routine is first warm water with raw turmeric with pepper, , , , it has helped me a lot😊

Turmeric and Ginger, garlic paste are used in many Indian dishes daily apart from the dozens of spices.
Ginger, cardamom, clove and cinnamon are used in crushed form to make Chai.

My significant other has H S disease. Upon knowing this i asked what type of diet the Dr. put him on? None was the reply. I researched it and I put him on an auto immune diet.
