There's nothing better than a warm, runny yolk in a freshly made Scotch Egg; and this week I'm taking this pub snack classic to another level with the different eggs!

Ingredients- 
➤ 2 Quail/Chicken/Duck Eggs, I used Clarence Court
➤ 400g sausage meat
➤ 100g black pudding
➤ 1 tsp smoked paprika
➤ Half a loaf of stale bread
➤ 150g plain flour

This is so ironic that you made this video Dom...My Husband has been asking me for weeks now if I know how to make these scotch eggs, because one of his co-workers makes them for when He goes fishing. I wasnt sure how...So now I do!!! They look SO good and You did a great job explaining exactly how to do it!! I will let you know how mine turn out!

Tried this today for the first time and trying to get the shells off the eggs (two of the egg shells didn't wanna let go of the white...) was the most intense, stressful and nerve-wrecking thing I've ever done lol Now I know what being a surgeon must feel like... Unfortunately they didn't end up creamy on the inside; guess 11-12 minutes in the pan was a little too much - thought I should compensate for using slightly bigger eggs but I guess I didn't have to... they did end up pretty tasty though and now I can make sure they'll turn out even better next time!
