They let him resign. So that means he will be able to get hired somewhere else. The dept. deserves an F as well.

I wish normal people were treated with this level of deference and respect when stopped.

Anyone else would have been cuffed, stuffed, and dragged to the hospital for a blood draw.

It’s funny when a cop is trying to use the same rights they violate on a daily basis

"Give me 30 minutes and I will then take the test" Major red flag. Anyone else would of been cuffed, booked and Jailed ASAP.

His supervisors are basically like “cmon I don’t want to do this. You’re one of us but if you were a normal civilian, you’d be in cuffs. And if an acorn fell at this moment, you’d be gone!”

I'm sure he has arrested plenty of people who had "obligations"😮

Coker gets an F.
The other 3 cops get an F, for not getting someone from that jurisdiction.
The city gets an F for not revoking cokers certification.
This was a shit show of failure.

I wish I could take my publicly paid for work car home. No gas, no insurance, no payments....nice to be a cop

The level of patience these guys have with a cop compared to the last video of assaulting someone suffering a medical emergency for not moving fast enough is wild

When cops do bad things, the thin blue line turns into a blue wall.

It kills me this guy is a cop and is using every excuse a citizen makes when they get stopped but because he's a cop he gets special treatment.

Lol the guilty cop says, "what's the reasonable suspicion? Cuz Some lady called the police?"

Dude you guys take people to jail all the time for what some person called for that was clueless lol.

If any other citizen was in the same situation, they would’ve been handcuffed and arrested almost immediately. This special treatment was ridiculous.

Thin blue line gang, protecting the gang members as innocent until proven guilty, General public is guilty until proven innocent.

Why was he allowed to leave? He was possibly impaired. They let him resign? Why? He will just go next door to Shreveport and get a job. This is just proof that they are sovereign citizens and don’t have to follow the law.

He is high. You can tell he is high on something. If he wasn't he would not argue with superiors.

You make some good points about the circumstances behind why there was no criminal investigation John! *Another* great observation. Your explanation of the regulations and how it applies to these cases sets you apart from others who make 'similar' content. My notifications got switched off - so I've got some catching up to do!
