This is a recipe and walk through on how I make my low carb/keto Cheez-It copycat recipe. This recipe is so easy, it is a perfect beginner recipe! Please read the ingredients list below for any possible allergens that may affect you. The nutritional card I have in this video represents my ingredients, as close as I could get using the online tool that generated it for me. Your exact numbers may differ slightly. Ingredients:

3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 oz cream cheese
1 large egg, beaten
Additional salt for topping

These are awesome. I extended the shelf life by placing the crackers in my dehydrator for a few hours to really make them super crunchy then when cool, stored them in wide-mouth canning jars with an oxygen absorber.

I was looking for a keto cracker to go with low carb dips and found your video. Made it today but totally forgot to add 🥚. It still came out great, so close to cheez it’s. I burned them a bit but like them like that, made them very crispy. I also sprinkled some Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning on top before baking. Definitely a keeper recipe, thanks!

I've made some but they were thin and weren't crispy honestly. I think the hole probably makes them crisper maybe. I dont blame you on not poking all those freaking holes. I'd dry doing a roll of 10 to see if they are crisper than the ones without the hole. Nice job on thesw
