I have a question what if I got new chrome wheels and they have a little bubble spec looking thing and looks like if gets scratches off might peel the chrome am I exaggerating or is that bubble the result of a bad chrome job and might need a replace

I’m trying to figure out my fitment for my 12’ Civic. I was thinking of going with 8.5-215/40/R17 (Offset Undecided) I would like it to poke a bit without much of a gap but to have the clearance it needs. Without needing to roll or cut preferably. This is my daily driver so I want to be safe, but also have the look of stretch. Thanks!

when plus sizing, how does it effect the tire pressure you'll use on your tires? id like to plus size from 16" to 18" rims, and ive gotten a good tire size with the 1010tire calculator.
