Omg! WHY have I been so blind to whole food plant based eating for so long??? This type of food is so pleasing to the eye and SO good and healthy for my body. I'm honestly saddened that it took me nearly 38 years to adopt this way of eating. 🙁. Thank you so much for sharing!

Thank you again Dillon!! Love this!! I love pesto, but the oil was ridiculous. Glad I can use potatoes, or even white beans as a base, and still have it fat free and yummy!!!

I love pesto and haven't had it for too long because of the oil. Off to get some basil tomorrow. Thanks. Also going to try the bruschetta

Making this pesto today. Ran out of potatoes so I'll use some cannellini beans, and I think I'll add some cashew butter for creaminess too.
Update: tasted a bit weird with beans, so I'll use potatoes next time. Cashew butter was a good addition.

I just made the pesto sauce using white beans. Have enough to use tonight on good bread, sliced tomatoes and romanine lettuce as sandwiches. . Tomorrow I will use pesto sauce on pasta! So easy and so tasty. I licked the spatula!

Pesto! Thanks for another awesome video. I really like the idea of the fresh bruschetta contrasting with the warm pasta dish. Good leftovers, too. Will definitely try this. You're the best, Dillon!
