Your channel is my new obsession and favorite channel. We have the same background! I have a bachelors, my masters will be done in December. I grew up in the city, but now live more rural. I became a stay at home mom last January after working at a university for almost 8 years. That’s crazy!!! I am slowly working on declutter and minimizing my home before having our third baby in February.
Also I’m a fairly new Christian and I definitely had a harsh reality check that God was taking me out of the workforce and telling me to focus on my kids and their upbringing.

I’ve tried to turn my phone into a “dumb phone” as much as possible (limited notifications, screen time restrictions, only one folder of essential apps on the Home Screen), but recognize my phone does actually minimize the amount of other tools I’d need (calculator, maps, camera) ☺️

Since I stumbled upon your channel this past week I have been binging 😊. You are so inspiring! I have been on a minimalist journey since motherhood as well. My daughter is almost 5 and we are planning to have one more if we are blessed again. I also became a mom in my 30s and work in higher Ed. What advice would you give moms, like me, who aren't able to stay home....I am the significant earner between myself and my husband. How could we get to a place where we can enjoy our kids more but also keep up with laundry, dishes etc. I food prep so we don't have to cook every night but still find little evening time.

I’ll be honest, I typically don’t watch other YouTubers Q and A’s, but I have watched and enjoyed every single one of your videos, and so obviously I wasn’t going to pass this one up. And it did not disappoint! I really enjoyed hearing more about your life, and it’s interesting to see how much one can have in common with another person in the YouTube world. 😆
I love hearing women embracing their roles as mothers; we need more of that. And I hope that you are able to homeschool your children down the road; it is such a wonderful thing. I was homeschooled, and am doing the same with my boys.

Go the Stay at Home Mom!! You and their Grandparents can give way more to your children than a DayCare Centre!!! Some are great, some are not much different to an orphanage. And very young children can't tell you about it so I am.

If you’re looking for a nice slow tv show, Apple TV put out a season of Frog and Toad and it’s beautiful and sweet. There is also a video of the Bible series The Biggest Story, and the art is BEAUTIFUL. There is also a video series for Sally Lloyd Jones’ Jesus Storybook Bible.

Young women - get on to Dave Ramsay and save, save, save and invest when you have lots of disposable income. Then when you start having kids you can relax and enjoy your kids and you won't have an over-inflated lifestyle.
