I stopped using social media in 2016 after I watched some of Cal’s videos. My life has been so much more fulfilling since then but now I’d like to start an online business and I know social media marketing will be the fastest way to reach my audience. I’m terrified of going back😅😂. This video is helpful for how I should sent the boundary on my usage.

Find what using that app is supposed to accomplish and find something that accomplishes that goal best. These apps are designed to be used over long periods of time which drive the most advertising sales. If you want to feel connected find the fastest way to feel connected and do that instead. If you want to learn, find the fastest way to learn that topic and do that instead. Etc. Hope this helps

Very important point of finding out something else to do when your keep yourself away from your phone screens for 30 days. Else an empty mind will push you back towards your default behavior i.e. your phone screen.

Hi Tim. Great video. I wonder if you are open to using your videos on other people channels? Like posting it with subtitles in other language. I find the message great and would like to do that.

I’m currently reading this book, but I still i’ll don’t understand the point. This sounds like something for people who want to improve interpersonal relationships. I value my smartphone so I don’t have to interact with others.
