I have had Davinci Resolve on my computer for over a year and just now finally learning to use it. Yes, higher learning curve. I have used Adobe, MS, and Cyberlink in the past, paid programs. Cyberlink has had a few bugs in it recently.

Only issue with Davinci is it's a little more complicated, and newbies would struggle with it as opposed to other user friendly newbie friendly ones.
