It's true cooking can cure your depression❤ I have been so much tired since I started working on my project I was so burn out I couldn't even get out of my bed one day my mum was away and I have to cook for my family that day I realise that making food and feeding your loved ones can actually make you feel better and started feeling much better after that❤
