I just started going gluten free and also dairy free (im lactose intolerant) so its been super stressful

Ive already had some emotional breakdowns mainly cause ive been super stressed and i just moved in May to a new home and i have severe anxiety issues so its just been not good mentally for me

If you're celiac or can't have cross contamination, please read labels still. I'm only sensitive but saw almond flour stating gluten free...but on the back, states made in a facility with wheat...
