I have only had a couple of cereal bowls this week at Breakfast plus a lot more milk than usual, and have had an attack of vertigo each day with bowell upset, only realizing now, that it could be due to these gluten and lactose foods, could it have such a quick reaction? I always have the toilet problems that fluctuates from bad to worse- so I am thinking gluten is the culprit, or major contributor?

So oats do not contain gluten. How come people don't talk about good flours or sources. Millet of various kinds, maize, cassava, amaranth, there are others.
