I am having pain in neck side of neck back arms at times feet base too .I did some wrong exercise had diaphgragm spasms which caused alot pain .I also feel nausea and lethrgic even digestion is altered .I am taking muscle relaxants and NSAIDs for it .I also have tingling irritating pain in back too thoracic spine level too

As-salam-o-Alaikum doctor, the pain started in the outer side of my right elbow back in 2019 while playing volleyball. I went to many doctors and they said it's tennis elbow. I did everything they told me to (exercise, rest, ice/hot packs, brace etc). With the passage of time, the pain also started in my shoulder, neck, scapula ( whole cervical area including head). My arm is very weak. Whenever I try to do something the pain starts again or i feel pressure on that forearm area which hurts. Last year MRI report said it's c5 and c6 disc bulging. Again i did exercises, collars, physiotherapy and everything but nothing happened.
I am still suffering from this problem. More interesting is, I feel the same pain and discomfort in my left side of the upper body.

Kindly guide me what should i do. I don't understand what is the actual problem anymore!

I have all symptoms of radiculopathy(severe electric shock like pain in arm, numbness, tingling in fingers, worsen when lie down and under certain neck movement. Can't sleep due to pain). Even pain killers can't kill my pain.But my cervical, shoulder and elbow xryas are normal. Then what may cause the symptoms

Sir my mother is suffering from the same pain as per MRI she has disc buldge at c3-c4 c5 c6 level . We tried many doctors but she is not getting any relief from pain . Ye dard aage se peeche gardan tak hota hai or shoulder se hath tak bhi hone lagta hai.
Mujhe saman uthane m bhi problem hoti h ..
Please bataye kya ye cervical ki problem hi h
Or kya karu main ?
