i had TERRIBLE herniations in my neck and mid back and lower for years from gaming posture and WEAK muscles. i fixed the posture but still hurt myself bad in 2022 in may. i thought i would need surgery or something it was so bad. I went to physical therapy and started working my neck muscles doing stretches, chin ups, and elevating my neck and doing like neck exercises.. it's really removed ALL symptoms i have been suffering with for years. that and a back massager keeps any inflammation that pops up at bay which when left alone with weak muscles seemed to cause my herniations or pain

Yes weak muscles contribute a lot but some of us were muscular fit and active prior to blowing out degenerative disc. Before I got hurt I’d kayak and walk 10 miles for fun I had an active job and also bicycled to and from work a lot. Now I can’t even feed myself at my worst and at best I leave the house to go to church.
