This video details 8 signs perimenopause is ending and menopause is close. These are 8 symptoms that occur in late perimenopause and are fairly good indicators that you will reach menopause soon. Perimenopause can last up to a decade so any clues that can help predict when it will end is a blessing in my books. If you are struggling with perimenopause symptoms and discomforts and want to try and determine when you will finally reach menopause this video is for you. Thanks for watching!

I’m 43 and definitely noticed a big change in myself when I hit 40. Night sweats, hot flashes, body aches and pains, anxiety and depression has increased like crazy. I downloaded an app called “Moody” to track my cycle. Now I have direct evidence that my periods are off. I go from, 27 days, to 34, to 29 days in between cycles. They’re all over the place. I notice I’m dribbling more as well when I really have to go. The urgency is intense. I find more these days I just want to be at home or close to home. Being social doesn’t interest me in the slightest anymore. I’m adjusting but was a bit like hitting a wall. My whole self has completely changed. Oh!!! And another thing! It’s like I’ve developed ADHD…. my brain is all over the place. Racing thoughts, forgetfulness, scattered. This is a real trip!

I turned 50 in February and I pray to God that I am almost done. I feel like I have been fighting this monster for far too long. I now have the atrophy, aches and pains, under boob itching, every morning headaches, cramping with no bleeding, on and off periods. ugh
I feel like menopause purges should be legal. Men have it so easy. 🙄
By the way, I Love your videos!

Started at 38 with night sweats, still going at 53. This is maddening. Sisters, you have my empathy!

Your spot on.
I haven't gotten a period in 4 months. I'm 49 and experiencing night sweats, hot flashes, itching, depression and anxiety and just started experiencing insomia. I was always a solid sleeper so this symptom is hard to deal with. Thanks for the clarity because it makes you feel crazy.

Thank you for these videos. It’s why I pushed my doctor to test my hormone levels at 46 when she tried suggesting that I have PCOS. I said that I think I’m just in perimenopause and wanted my hormones checked. After an ultrasound and blood work was told “you don’t have PCOS, ovarian cancer (family history of it) or endometrial cancer. You are in perimenopause”. Never thought that would be such good news!

Late bloomer here. I’m 54 and think I am finally in late perimenopause. I wish more family doctors knew what you do and had a better understanding of what we are going through .

Tired, moody, weight gain, pains and aches everywhere are just a few of the symptoms I have 😮. I can't wait for the end of perimenopause but I don't know what to expect after.

I’m almost done!!! I’ve been in peri since age 40 and will be 50 this year. From severe flooding to severe cramping, hot flashes and insomnia, it’s been a crazy ride. Thank you for sharing Kari!❤️🥰

Perimenopause was not hard for me. Of course I had hot flashes the night sweats, the proverbial tire around the belly, absent memory etc. But the worst year was the one right as I was transitioning into menopause. Absolutely downright horrible. I went from semi-healthy to falling apart.

It seems like I caught everything under the sun, UTIs, flus colds, etc. Etc. Sugar was out of whack, allergies to things I could normally eat, dehydration set in the night sweats that I could usually bear became unbearable. I walked around like a furnace even when I wasn't experiencing hot flashes. The crying, the agony, the despair. The stiffness in my joints I had never experienced before ever. I ached even before getting out of bed. A couple times I wished for death.

I get pain that doesn’t want to go away. I get tingling and burning sensations on my legs and fingers. I get hot flashes sometimes. I feel dizzy out the blue. I get brain fog daily. I get those weird jumping feelings you described. My private feels dry. This really helps me a lot thank you. It really makes you feel like you’re going crazy. I know what it is now.

I was in perimenopause for 14 yrs, had every symptom and it was a nightmare. My daughter wasn't even a year old when it started. Been in menopause for well over a year and I love it! My crazy symptoms have settled down so now its just hot flashes and occasional fatigue.

I haven't had a period since May of 2022. My hot flashes are so bad that the pillow I use between my knees is usually soaked with sweat every night. I cannot tolerate being out in the sun/heat for more then 2 minutes before I am sweating like I ran a 5k and I live in Florida. I am thrilled beyond belief that I don't have periods anymore. It felt like I was in perimenopause for 20 years! You're videos are very helpful. So glad I found you

Out shopping recently my hubby turned around in the sock aisle to find I had stripped off my jacket and my shoes and was standing barefoot on the nice cool floor - I used to think I would be one of those women who wouldn't let on the I was cooking from the inside, but it turns out I would rather cool off than suffer a melt-down. Yes, people tend to notice when they are all rugged up and you are wandering around in your T-shirt for half an hour while you wait to cool down again.
thankfully, after the extreme hot flashes came back with a bang after disappearing for 5 blissful months, they seem to have mostly settled down again, I am still having to strip off my cardigan periodically, but its not 9 times in a few hours any more, and they are not so intense.
Thanks for these video's, they are super educational and very entertaining.
