Another question does your mod use any large magic overhauls like arcanum?

Quick question do your playthroughs feel normal in the sense that all the awesome items you get come form exploring, quests and crafting or do you usually spawn most of your gear in or is it a mix? Asking as i would like to try your mod list and would like to know if after all the hassle of setting it up if I will be able to jump right into gameplay or will I have to spend some time spawning in loot.
