11 Years Later, This is Modded Skyrim | 25 Minutes of Gameplay (4K/HD)

Hopefully this video is useful to anyone wanting to see what mods can offer these days and why people still play Skyrim.

My version of Skyrim Special Edition is downgraded (1.5.97). I do not play the Anniversary Edition as not all mods have been updated for it and each update from Bethesda breaks them anyway.

I use Mod Organizer 2, Nemesis, Wyre Bash and LOOT.

Thanks everyone for the support and comments on this video. It's nearly a year old and very outdated, yet surprisingly there are still new people seeing it.

Must feel nice to be able to play your Skyrim after Modding it for 11 years

finally a skyrim mod showcase that actually shows running and combat instead of just ✨vistas ✨

Modding Skyrim in bulk is probably one of the most frustrating experiences a person can go through, but when the process is done, the end result is so damn gorgeous.

This is how I imagined Skyrim while playing it shortly after its release, now gameplay will suit my memories, thanks!

Releasing this as a collection on Nexus would be absolutely amazing.

The reason it stops right after you kill the first dragon is because that's usually how long a playthrough lasts before you just make a new character

My favorite part is when you said "We will probably see more of these features in the next Bethesda game".

Ah finally. It has taken only 11 years for me to find a modded Skyrim video that lists all the mods, and with links to each one, doesn’t bombard me with ads, doesn’t spend the first 5 minutes telling me to subscribe after showing me the sponsor, isn’t clickbait, with an over-the-top ENB with so much vibrancy that you’d think the game was directed by Disney.

A mod showcase without giant bazangas and over vibrant visuals? You're a champion.

Your mods you talked about have been a very big help. I didn't think there was anything better than the Skyland AIO for example. Although not everything was found or worked (some of the Combat Mods like Valhalla, TrueDirection & Precision came up with an error about missing a .dll or an update), but a good majority got loaded no problem. Once again, I thank you for the in depth breakdown of all the mods in your video!

I like how unenthused the guards sounded when Irileth asked them about going to go kill the dragon.

I love it when mod community is helping small Indie developers with their Indie titles to really bring out the potential in their games. Such a great community and the mods really do light a new light on this small and, otherwise, unknown title.

best mod video i've seen. shows demo, lists the mod used and a little tid-bit about it. nicely done!

When I saw him standing before the Whiterun gate this weird nostalgic feel hit me right up. When I first started playing Skyrim, exploring this whole new world not knowing what around the next corner or what kind of people would await me in this next town/village that I'd enter, it just gave me this certain feel I cannot quite grasp. I feel like I was able to perceive it differently than I do today and just now I got a glimpse of that feel again which was quite bittersweet. If I ever get to play TES6 I dearly hope that I would feel like that again and if so I will cherish it as long as possible.

I don't know if anyone knows what I'm talking about but one thing that I so loved in Skyrim was the silence.. You can just stand there in wood or on a mountain or a hill and just take in the environment. It felt so Immersive. Just standing there in the moonlight looking around. No sounds, just taking in the landscape and then one of the soundtracks set in so seamlessly and not at all intrusive. It was fun and it made me feel cozy and so comfortable. Exploring Skyrim on a Saturday night in the dark was like reading a good book infront of the fireplace.

Excellent video, clean and simple. These are what I look for. Really appreciate how you share your mods, at the same time you're not blabbering about useless stuff. Well done :)
