Heart rate over 140. Panicking about a thing i don't know if is true. This is my always. Pretty sure my hearts gonna explode or just be like, oh that's it, I'm out.

How can you tell if you’re ignoring or suppressing the thoughts or forcing yourself not to think about them? Every time I try to disregard I feel like I’m living in denial and lie I’m missing something important and I feel the doubt lingering in the back of my mind 😅.

Thanks so much for the content! … do you have any advice regarding intrusive thoughts and not being able to shake a bad thought? For example, trying to do visualization techniques but seeing bad images every time I close my eyes.. any tips for those situations to get back to baseline?

This is good for OCD contaiminatiom or symmetrical but not for pure OCD like only mental thoughts and images you can't just sit with them, if they come you'll feel guilt, I'm too suffering from this. Help😢

I have rlly bad intrusive thoughts when I try to go my bed without complaining a routine that can take a long time. Although it’s not rational, my brain thinks if I don’t “seal” the door properly something will come in and hurt me and my family. I have tried this but I often end up having a panic attack if I don’t follow the routine. Do you have any suggestions?

May i know how about the self-fulfilled prophecy tendencies? That's similar one.

I also have kind of ocd person thoughts. I mean like, "if i don't do this, or i break the rules for (number, usually 3) times, you will get the consequences (became too forgetful, or something bad will happened). Or, thoughts like 'i will never can start working on this as long as i dont eat/drink (food or drink name) in X restaurant. It usually indeed happened.

How to solved this? Because back then, i can't help but to break its rules, thinking nothing will happened, yet i got crushed horribly for a whole semester.

Hey so I kind of suffer from schizophrenia OCD and I’m starting to have kind of scary dreams and I’m scared to go to sleep because my brain just keeps telling me that it’s not normal to remember my dreams and I’m just scared it’s like idk a demon or something and I don’t want to sleep becusse I don’t want to keep having bad dreams 😢
