I've got pcos. Once I got laser hair removal the acne along my jaw and chin went away. But than I started to get acne on my neck.

I admire your patience, I’m 36 years young 😂 and I’m expecting these deep type on Acne’s a few parts of my jawline I can’t even take anything off them it’s very deep and it’s also hurting me sometimes. I see one going away and a new one appearing and it’s very annoying I try to wash my face well and I never had any type of acnes like this before maybe just when was a teenager and they were super light and then they went away and it’s not even similar to these ones. I have a persistent acne on my back and a bit on the jawline. I have not been taking birth control for a few years now. (I’m 36 y.o.) and have two kids.
My DHEA-S levels are quite elevated. Adrenal hyperplasia got ruled out. I’m of normal even lean body weight. Any advice to help helping back acne? Regular endocrinologist is not helpful.

Hey, i need your help. I am a teenager, and i am suffering from acne for about 2 years now, it's bcz of my genetics. I didn't suffered from jawline acne before, but from December 2020 i have started seeing some acne around my ear and jawline and day by day it was spreading all over my jawline and also neck, i don't think it's my hormonal acne, bcz i always have my periods regularly and i am a person who hates sugar😌, and those acne which i have started seeing on jawline are not before or after my periods. I am a little confused between cause number 2 and 3. I mostly think number 3 coz is related to me, bcz before December i have used a lot of skincare products at a time, like a lot of actives, like vitamin c, retinol, aha bha.. 😑 but now i don't use all of this, still my breakouts on jawline are spreading day by day. There is some clogged pores and mostly big cystic acne those are very ichy and also painful😔 . I don't think that is Fungal acne, bcz they don't look like small bumps, they are big cystic acne. Mostly all of them have pustules. On February 2021 i visit to a dermatologist and she prescribed me anti biotic for 2 months, ( azithromycin) i have took it but still my breakouts on jawline are not going. Now what can be the reason, pls help me is it no.2 or no. 3?

What to do for hormonal acne? Doctor suggested to use oral antibiotic. I used for one month and again it came after one mnth on midcycle

I've recently started having chin acne issues starting about 9 months ago and have no idea why and it'll sometimes leave behind these little acne scars. It's so annoying because I've never struggled with acne issues. And now within the last few weeks I've noticed some small acne on the sides of my neck like stinging down from my ear. I suspect that's coming from my conditioner since I always leave conditioner in my hair when it's curly. So I think that's a product build up. But this is such an annoying situation.
