That was just common sense but needed to hear it... yesterday I had my first run without adductor pain thanks to this guy

Thanks for the tips.  I typically get pain in my right adductors (only on that side) shortly after a long run, and the pain usually remains for a few days.  I'll try these tips and see if they'll work.

I can’t stop this pain :/ it doesn’t happen during my runs but the day after. Everytine after 10ks never fails. I hate it so much it makes running not as enjoyable

great video and good point, however my problem is while i run the bases in baseball i have to cross my legs to cut the bases and that is when i get a minor pull that pretty much renders me useless for the rest of the game. i am trying to strengthen by sitting on my bottom and putting a medicine ball between my knees and squeezing my knees. i feel the muscles you describe working when i do this. ill try to do this for a while and report back in case anyone else is getting this during sports that require quick twitch movements.

Would you reckon for a beginning runner soreness in the region is somewhat normal? I'm a rather serious cyclist and to the end of this season started to supplement a bit with running for shit's and giggles. I always go to fast to soon because I am undisciplined, but it's so fun lol. Anyway: the whole sore calfs thing I know from previous running endeavors and is kinda normal for me I guess, goes away after a few weeks-months of training. Now I've also ended up with sore adductor muscles. Since running is more a sideproject for me I have the luxury of laying off until it goes away but I'd like to know wether that is down to my (hopefully not that atrocious) running form or kinda normal since I have very specific conditioning of the leg muscles but not specific to running....thoughts? :X

What if I have Fred Flintstone feet? They don't sit or land parallel, they go out almost 45 degrees, ones worse than the other. I have made a lot of progress in my first 3 weeks of training, but a left groin pain feels like it's holding me back.

Im 11 and whenever i run it feels like my legs are being torn off because i run too fast or take off to fast.

You should try running a marathon. Adductors will be least of your worries.
