I imagine it would be very easy to anakin to just not tap into the dark side at all if he was put into a major effort like this. In addition it would bring out his potential as an engineer. Also what if the Clone wars had Storm Troopers serving alongside the Clone troopers? Scenario i can imagine is the Jedi and Republic found out there was an even bigger reserve of droids and to counter it they need to bring in more able bodied soldiers immediately and started opening recruitment.

What If Dagobah Luke time travels from the darkside cave during the empire strikes back (before Bespin) back to an equally time defying 'lightside' cave on Naboo, during episode 1? You could tie in the lightside and darkside caves as "having to exist' since the light can't exist without the dark.

This would also let us see episode 5 Luke help (maybe save?!) Quigon from Maul. Completely unaware himself that Palpatine is Sideous from his own timeline, and allowing us to follow his journey back to his own time, kinda like Samurai Jack.

This idea is super out there, but... it's a what if!

What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme (Pentre Patrol did his version), Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?

Only now do I see the parallels of how the Jedi failed to continue wanting to spread their influence across the galaxy with the Starlight Beacon only so the Sith/Empire could rise up to spread their own with the Death Star.

What if Anakin was injured early in the war and lost his memory and was found by count dooku/separatists and was retrained as a dark acolyte

He would be trained in all lightsaber forms including form 7 juyo and vapaad by sora bulq, several acolytes were former Jedi masters that could teach Anakin Jedi powers only available to Jedi masters and Saato could teach him dathomiri magic. He would be more powerful as a dark acolyte than as a Jedi.

He could either stay as an acolyte or somehow get his memory back and rejoin the Jedi but he would still have full memory of everything he learned or maybe after getting his memory back he would decide to leave the acolytes and the order not wanting to pick sides against Jedi or the dookus dark acolytes.

You nearly witnessed history repeat itself, but fortunately, everything turned out alright in the end. The decision by Dooku to decommission the Kaminoans proved to be a critical mistake. Had he utilized the clone army, he could have dealt a crippling blow to the crime syndicate alliance. With the protection of a few hundred Republic Venators, Starlight Beacon would have been impregnable. The overwhelming defensive force would have deterred any attempts to attack, effectively neutralizing the threat posed by the syndicate.
