I used lentil beans because that is what I had. I also used Italian Cheese mix as a binder, mixed in with the beans.
Anyways came out excellent.

Dimitra, this was very easy to make, delicious and it freezes beautifully! Love the meat free recipes for when I try to skip on heavy proteins. If you have any more of these share them away. PS the fasolada soup is next on my list.
