Tropics Update: Hurricane Fiona becomes major Category 3 hurricane as it heads toward Bermuda

Fiona became a Category 3 hurricane Tuesday. Over the coming days, Hurricane Fiona is forecasted to move north, northeast, and head close to Bermuda. It's already done major damage in Puerto Rico and the surrounding islands.
