Hurricane Fiona intensified quickly overnight Tuesday to become the season's first major hurricane as it continues to bring heavy rainfall and life-threatening flash flooding to parts of the Turks and Caicos, the National Hurricane Center reports.

Meanwhile, a tropical wave, Invest 98-L is producing a broad area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms several hundred miles east of the Windward Islands in the southeastern Caribbean. A tropical depression could form by the latter part of the week as Invest 98-L moves into the eastern Caribbean sea, where conditions look prime for development and strengthening.

Here's a question. What happens when one of these large hurricanes hits a major US city and all of the oil set aside for FEMA has been sold?
