This is true..high rep squats 2 tines per week for the average person Eliminates the need for cardio. Squatting for reps IS cardio!!! All you have to do is SPRINT

Cardio is still just as important as everything else. Heart health is mandatory and so many people neglect it because they're too focused on being unnecessarily big. Heart health is extremely important, you need to be able to run at least a minimum of 1.5 miles without stopping.
