Two things can be true at once - Sam is a really good dude but he also is a potentially bad influence for those trying to imitate his training intensity and physique, as it's really only attainable via roids

edit: after several weeks, it would appear that Sulek fanboys have been skipping reading comprehension day quite frequently. No one is "blaming" Sam for kids wanting to take steroids, but unlike Greg Doucette, MorePlatesMoreDates, Noel Dyzel, etc., Sam has not made a video explicitly disclosing which anabolic roids he is taking and the side effects of those roids. Unfortunately for Sam, when you develop a large audience and make money off of being a "fitness influencer", you have an inherent responsibility, even if you never asked for that following or responsibility in the first place. I've watched Sam for a while and like his videos but to my knowledge, he has never been truly transparent. People just know he is juiced up because it's so fucking obvious. If he has made a video being transparent in this way, then he is valid, but if he hasn't, he is no better than Dwayne "the Rock" Johnson in this regard
